Fatigue at the top is a threat to the bottom line

Executives who continuously work for 70 hours or more each week may be in danger of making questionable decision because of fatigue. People sleep about one hour less per night than our ancestors did, according to Prof Drew Dawson, head of the Centre for Sleep Research at the U of South Australia. He claims that Australian industrial loses more than $1 billion a year because of lost sleep.
