The Senate will hold more hearings into alleged misconduct of Pres and Hillary Rodham Clinton, as well as others, associated with the Whitewater Development Corp beginning in Jul 1995. The scope of the investigation will include handling of papers belonging to deputy counsel Vincent Foster.

Pres and Hillary Clinton refused to turn over documents desired by the Senate panel that is investigating their dealings with Madison Guaranty Savings and Loan in relation to their involvement with Whitewater. The Senate was upset that the Clinton's claimed lawyer-client privilege.
