Chief executive officers may outwardly tote the benefits of balancing work and private life, but a study by executive search consultancy Cordiner King Hever revealed that most live work-skewed lives and desire the leadership the positions provide. Other respondents acknowledged the disparity between home and work life, but reasoned that balance is achieved over time.
