Yeltsin raps US foreign policy

Pres Yeltsin on Jan 25, 1993, accused the US of trying to 'dictate terms' in some areas of the world, especially in Yugoslavia and Iraq. Yeltsin had been criticized by conservative members of the Russian parliament for being too accommodating to US foreign policy.
