Constructing a course schedule by solving a series of assignment type problems
Article Abstract:
A strategy was formulated to address constrained course scheduling problems. The strategy's main objective is to decompose the constrained course scheduling problem into a set of solvable subproblems. Decomposition of the scheduling problem allows for the establishment of an initial solution that takes into consideration constraints that tend to create a structure on the schedule.
