A proper plan in prospect
Article Abstract:
The development of the East Thames Corridor is to be studied by a government task force. It is hoped that the ideas already in place for parts of the area can be incorporated. This area is seen as part of the major UK links with Europe, and will take some of the pressure for development off the remainder of the south east of England. It is felt that at least ten years must be allowed to get an overview of land demand in the whole of the south east.
