A systems approach to identifying decisive information for sustainable development
Article Abstract:
A system dynamic approach was proposed to effectively implement sustainable development programs. The approach promotes identification of vital information related to structure and behavior systems that are needed to establish efficient policies and actions. It assists learning and shifts on decision makers and development planners' mental models. It also provides a common language that assist interdisciplinary communication and cooperative planning which are needed for the establishment and application of sustainable development strategies.
