The UN has not been able to dissuade the Serbs from overtaking Srebrenica, Bosnia, nor has it been able to feed or provide medical care to the city's estimated 60,000 inhabitants. The UN Security Council is considering several measures aimed at controlling Serb aggression.

Article Abstract:
United Nations' attempts to keep the fragile ceasefire in effect in Yugoslavia are running into resistance from the Serb enclaves in Croatia. The peace plan would put UN peacekeepers around Croatian areas under Serb control. Serbs there are refusing to disarm.
