AHP-based evaluation of AHP-software
Article Abstract:
Research was conducted to examine the quality of three software alternatives which considers the criteria of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The three software products, namely, AutoMan, ECPro and HIPRE3+, were evaluated which revealed the differences between them related to costs and performance. Results were used to produce paired comparisons which were combined into an AHP-based decision model. Also, findings indicate that local priorities can generally be found while the final rank order of the alternatives relies on the individual weights of the criteria.
