AUSTRIA: ESTATE AGENTS AT POST OFFICES

On 19 February 2001 a newly established company called Immobilien.gelb will start offering estate agents' services at 250 post offices throughout Austria and on the internet. The fully-owned subsidiary of Osterreichische Post AG will cooperate with PSK , Postversicherung, notaries public and lawyers. It will thus be able to provide an all-in-one service. Fifteen new staff have been hired for Immobilien.gelb.

AUSTRIA: NEW OUTLET TYPE FOR THE POST

Article Abstract:

On 18 June 2001 Osterreichische Post AG will be introducing a new outlet type. The Postbox outlets, of which two are being opened in Vienna initially, are kiosks in busy places such as shopping centres that provide postal services.
