Air France, Delta set joint venture for U.S.-Europe

A joint venture agreement was announced between Air France KLM S.A. and Delta Air Lines Inc. for their trans-Atlantic services. The joint venture is a 50-50 revenue- and cost-sharing deal that will cover all nonstop flights between selected US-based Delta hubs and Air France's French hubs, beginning April 2008.
