All change in the Northeast. (Acquisitions Monthly, Newcastle)
Article Abstract:
The number of quoted companies in the Northeast has remained at between 27-35 over the past few years, although the constituent companies are changing rapidly. There was just one flotation in 1992, with four companies achieving listings in 1995. The first attempt at flotation for Century Inns was abandoned, although it succeeded in its listing in 1995. Another deal in 1995 was the reverse takeover of Dalepak Foods by Cavaghan & Gray.
