Article Abstract:
South Korea needs the American troops' presence on its soil to defend itself from North Korea. But with the end of Cold War, some people in the Bush administration think that United States' vulnerability to attack from North Korea has lessened, so American troops in South Korea should be reduced and deployed in other places.
