Amstrad revives cheap and cheerful PC product

Amstrad, home computer company, is introducing a new personal word processor (PCW) incorporating its own spreadsheet and address book. It will sell for $463. The new product has a Windows-like interface, running on a Zilog chip, containing 1Mb of Ram. It also has an IBM compatible disk drive. Amstrad is one of the most popular PC brands in the UK.
