An empirical approach to service classification for productivity mangement studies
Article Abstract:
Key results of a research project on the apllication of service dimensions to observe the differences in productivity mangement challenges among 12 service sectors in the UK were presented. An empirical approach was used in the study, therefore, appropriate service dimensions were introduced only after the analysis of the relationship between candidate service dimensions and aspects of productivity management.
