Reduction in the time available to architects to lodge a 'non-determination' appeal from six to three months is affecting their applications and has led to unrest among the architects. It is suggested that architects acting, as agents should review their current projects, identify their relevant deadlines, advise clients and to contemplate lodging timely appeals where the circumstances demand.
