Art Council gambles on a changing rooms approach

The third Architectural Week event to be organized by the Arts Council from June 20th to 29th, 2003, in Great Britain in an attempt to get more clients for architectural services is discussed. The media outreach is a booklet, Bringing Architecture Home available with the July issue of Elle Decoration.

Christopher Dresser 1834-1904: A Design Revolution was held at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London until 5 December 2004. Dresser was the first independent industrial designer working for the whole range of big manufacturers from carpets and curtains to garden benches.
