Asian firms share U.S. rate-rise fears

Asian companies such as China National Offshore Oil have cancelled initial public offerings and other firms in the region have changed planned stock prices because of rising fears of higher interest rates. US markets are weakening, so Asian stock markets are also showing concerns about Federal Reserve Board plans to raise interest rates.
