De minimus use of photographs in movie not infringement

The US 2d Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the US Southern District Court of New York in Sandoval v. New Line Cinema Corp. The case involved the use of unpublished photographs in the film 'Seven' as part of the set dressing. Both courts agreed that the use was minimal and did not constitute copyright infringement.

US backlash against hunting has produced many new legal restrictions, some of which could endanger citizens by failing to control encroaching predators. Hunters need to educate the public of the conservational benefits of hunting, while improving their own ethics.
