Morgan Stanley of the United States is in a management crisis, as two opposing views of future visions for the securities company has seen a loss of a stream of top executives. The Chief Executive Officer Philip Purcell is steering the company into consumer banking and is supported by Chief Administrative Officer Stephen Crawford. The opposing camp headed by former executive Robert Scott and supported by executive Vikram Pandit see the securities company remaining independent as an elite boutique with an ouster of Mr. Purcell.
