Beware the housebuilders' new terms of endearment
Article Abstract:
The disastrous series of fringe estates, which consume vast tract of land at low densities, are littered all around the villages, towns and cities. Even though they do not offer great benefits, they inspire another five great inventions of the housebuilders like the link road, the estate, the forecourt, strip development and an en suite bathroom at any cost.

Article Abstract:
The UK government issued new guidance on changes to the development control system in summer 2005. It curtails the duration of detailed planning permissions and listed building and conservation areas consents so that they would normally be granted with the condition that the development of works must be begun with three years of the date of grant.
