A survey conducted to rate the best-managed Canadian brands showed that the top priority factors for successful brand management were u ability to consistently deliver on the customer promise, customer service quality, clarity of customer promise, and products/services offered. Tim Hortons, PresidentEs Choice, and West Jet were ranked the best-managed brands. The top brand-weakening factors included u poor customer service, unreliability of products/services, inability to deliver on customer promise, and low credibility. Air Canada, Rogers AT&T, and Telus were adjudged the worst-managed brands.
