Bill Clinton's flawed judges
Article Abstract:
The impeachment procedures against US president, Bill Clinton, have been excessively partisan, and they appear to show that the system can be abused by some members of both the main political parties. US politics has become increasingly divided and attitudes have hardened even more as a result of the behavior of President Clinton. Partisanship can be useful if it is not related to personal vendettas. Americans do not feel involved in the impeachment process and there are problems for democracy if ordinary citizens wish for no involvement in politics.
