Cultural and organisational differences across Europe can have a significant effect on the style and objectives of senior management. European research classifies the different styles as Inspirational, elitist, consensual and directive, which are not found to be restricted to geographical boundaries. International partners should place emphasis on establishing a mutually beneficial strategy so that cultural restrictions can be overcome.

Pension fund trustees: role and contribution
Article Abstract:
The role and contribution of the pension fund trustees in the United Kingdom for ensuring that fund assets can cover benefits is studied. The results highlight that in addition to being mindful of their fiduciary duties, the trustees are viewed as active in addressing matters of governance.
