Investigations into the Madrid train station bombings indicate that the suspects involved in the attack were influenced by radical Muslim cleric Mohamed al Fazazi, who has urged followers of Islam to kill nonbelievers. Fazazi is currently serving a 30-year prison term for inciting terrorist attacks in Casablanca in 2003 that left 45 people dead.
