The Asian market will be flooded with billions of dollars worth of debt deals in the September 2003 period. New and deferred bond issues will begin coming in after the usual slowness in the August period.

Siam Cement plans to sell bonds to tackle debt

Siam Cement PCL is planning to issue bonds in an effort to reduce its debt. The four-year debentures are valued at 10 billion baht (222.4 million euros).
