Breaking Turkey's impasse: constitutional reform, not an army coup, is the way to do it

Turkey's Islamist government has lost support and a group of army generals is dictating terms of governing to Necmettin Erbakan. This situation is undermining democracy and must stop. Other political parties in the country and Turkey's place in Europe are discussed.
