Diary of Freshmen going Stateside
Article Abstract:
International law firm Freshfields is aggressively recruiting lawyers for its offices in New York, NY, and Washington DC, according to Kent Rowey, head of project finance. The firm is moving into the US in order to meet demand from existing US clients and US-based multinational concerns for lawyers to operate in the same time-zone. Stephen Revell, head of IPOs and privatizations, emphasizes that the firm's expansion is very focused.
