Burberry CEO retrenches: fewer items, faster delivery

Angela Ahrendts, chief executive officer of luxury apparel brand Burberry Group PLC, is decreasing the number of the company's products by nearly one third in an effort to curb the rapid but unsupportable growth of the past few years. Deliveries will be made more frequently, and marketing teams, designers, and store managers will also work in tandem more often than before.
