Burma: another shot
Article Abstract:
The National Convention of Burma will resume its task of writing a new constitution for Burma and work towards installing a democratic government, after a gap of 8 years. The National League for Democracy (NLD), who in 1995 had walked out in a huff whilst making the new constitution, is a major part of it as it is working for a national reconciliation.
