A series of templates dealing with most aspects of business operations is offered by Chang Lab's CAT relational database. In its most basic form, it can be used as a contract manager, but it has much greater potential than this. It has a number of add-ons, including an architect's job-costing set of templates and the CAFgen contract administration package. The CATnet network version automatically synchronizes files found on different machines on a network.

The 4,809 pounds sterling SGI Visual 320 computer network has been fitted with the new, faster Pentium III microprocessor and is therefore able to work at much faster speed without increased downtime.
