Christie's Japan expert gives architect the chop
Article Abstract:
The UK Architects Registration Board (ARB) professional standards committee has considered claims by Mark Hinton, director of the Japanese department at auction house Christie's, that architect Charles Graham was guilty of unprofessional conduct and incompetence when he undertook work at Hinton's home in Fulham, London, England. Furthermore, Graham was not properly insured. The ARB cannot penalize or reprimand Graham, as the complaint was made before it came into existence. However, it can suspend him or erase him from the register.
