Article Abstract:
Barrier Surveillance will supply the surveillance equipment at UK's Newcastle Airport, which handled 3 million passengers in 1999. The surveillance equipment include closed-circuit TV from Norbain SD, public- address systems and other equipment for monitoring movements in the terminal, runways and apron areas. Barry Johnson, managing director of Barrier Surveillance, said the system offered to the airport is a fully- integrated solution that allows surveillance and security elements to communicate with each other.
