Corporate restructuring of British and German non-financial firms in the late 1990s
Article Abstract:
A study is conducted to examine the changes in strategy and structure of the largest 250 non-financial firms in both Britain and Germany in the late 1990s. The results stated that many firms in both countries are achieving specialization and internationalization through 'horizontal' mergers and acquisitions.

Repeated failures in the management of high risk technologies
Article Abstract:
A research study on managing high-risk technologies, which often serve as the engines of economic growth, is presented. Earlier research has indicated that it is difficult to manage these risk technologies. But given the right kind of circumstances they will help in obtaining the desired results.
