The contribution of organizational design to safety
Article Abstract:
Research has demonstrated that there is a correlation between organizational design and type of risk that an organization wants to avoid. Also, many organizations have displayed various design strategies in their constant search for risk mitigation. Employees evade changes given the kind of resources from the company. Therefore it can be inferred that no specific organizational model can develop for maximizing safety.

Branding: a new performance discourse for HR?
Article Abstract:
Branding is a key organizational strategy for organizations in order to establish a strong external image. But it is also of equal importance to align internal employee identification with the corporate image. Therefore in a research study a model has been developed depicting the link between branding and human resource and three prepositions have been drawn using the model.
