Corss-national industrial mail survey
Article Abstract:
Research reveals that respondents to cross-national industrial mail surveys are geographically closer to the Netherlands, work in smaller companies and are more international than nonrespondents. Studies were based on a survey mailed to the chief executive officers and Human Resource Managers at 122 multinational companies, and the managing directors at 1,650 subsidiaries of these companies in 22 countries.
