The limits of lean management thinking: multiple retailers and food and farming supply chains
Article Abstract:
A research results show that lean management practices can be adopted by all companies in the industry. It also argued that it will be very difficult to implement lean management practices inter-organizationally. The study is conducted on multiple retailers and food and farming supply chains in United Kingdom.
