DSB GODS FAR KNIVEN PA STRUBEN
Article Abstract:
DSB Gods, the goods division of the Danish railway company, will be closed down if it not reach break-even by the year 2002. This is the consequence of a political agreement about DSB Gods, settled by the Government and the right-wing opposition of the Danish parliament, Folketinget. This means the division has to be further streamlined and that part of operations have to be contracted out.
