DENMARK: DSV SAMSON TO EXPAND
Article Abstract:
The Danish transport company DSV Samson is likely to continue its expansion. Turnover is expected to reach about DKr 3.6bn (USD 0.5bn) in the fiscal 1998/99, and might reach DKr 4.5bn in 1999/2000 through future acquisitions and alliances, the paper writes. In 1997/98, turnover was DKr 2.7bn. CEO Kurt Larsen expects that profits will follow turnover growth, and says profits have increased as much as turnover in the past ten years.
