DENMARK: KOMMUNEDATA INVESTS IN NEW HEADQUARTERS
Article Abstract:
Kommunedata, the Danish software service company, will invest DKr 310mn (USD 34mn) in expanding its headquarters at Ballerup, outside Copenhagen. The new building will total 16,000 sq. metres and will be situated close to the existing 25,000 sq. metres. This investment will make Kommunedata the biggest IT company in the so-called "Silicon Ballerup" area. The office will be built by Monberg & Thorsen.

Denmark: Office property generates biggest earnings
Article Abstract:
Investments in office property generated the biggest profits last year at 11.6% in 2000 whereas housing property generated a yield of 6.8% only. The average total return on property investments in Denmark last year was 10%.
