Darkness visible: Sri Lanka
Article Abstract:
The peace process between the Tamil Tigers and the Sinhalese-dominated Sri Lankan government is in jeopardy. Although both sides agreed in Jan 1995 to a plan to rebuild the north, little progress has been made. Each side blames the other. The Tigers could misinterpret the government's inefficiency as insincerity.
