Deals, bribes and North Korea
Article Abstract:
North Korea appears to have agreed to delay testing a missile that could reach the US, and the US may ease some of the economic sanctions against N Korea. There is a need for a wider agreement to promoe stability in the region. There is concern about N Korean missile sales as well as the possibility of N Korea itself using missiles. Previous tension between the US and Soviet Union was eased by confidence-building measures, yet N Korea does not appear willing to try confidence-building.

North Korea takes the money
Article Abstract:
North Korea's relations with the US seem to be improving, as long as North Korea gains from the relationship. However, relations may not be good for long if North Korea breaks nuclear agreements or the US Congress intensifies investigations into relations.
