Defining the heritage
Article Abstract:
The UK's National Lottery has the potential to spark off an era of high quality building design, according to heritage minister Lord Inglewood. His department is currently working on new competitions guidance for clients, and he hopes that this will help overcome the common problem of clients being too hasty, failing to think carefully about what they want or who they should choose to put their ideas into practice. Only in this way will high architectural standards be achieved.
