Desert-island risks: the drought

Southern England has been experiencing drought conditions for the last 4 years, and this year seems to be continuing the trend. Fears of continued drought due to climatic changes has water authorities worried. Water companies must decide whether or not to move water from the north, where the rain is plentiful.
