Deutsche Telekom AG has acquired a minority share of Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (PTC) from Elektrim SA for $400 million (452.1 million euros). Deutsche Telekom, which already owns about 49% of PTC, acquired 3.5% of the wireless telecom firm.
