Developing managers for Europe: a re-examination of cross-cultural differences
Article Abstract:
The single European market and increasing internationalisation of business practices require managers to address a variety of new issues in cultural differences. The implications of such changes on human resource management are discussed. It is suggested that there is a greater need for harmonised human resource polices; international acceptability of qualifications; and investigation of cultural diversity.

Managing of supply networks is the major aspect for every organization. The conclusion of long term research on supply networks have found six ways of network management, which are innovation sponsor, coordinator, supply policy makers and implementer, advisor, information broker, network structuring agent.
