Digging up police skeletons
Article Abstract:
Mass graves have been found in Mexico, close to the US border, and there is a possibility that the Mexican police could be involved. Eight bodies have been found by the FBI and Mexican police. Two of the eight were informants for the FBI, and the eight are thought to have been killed by drug traffickers. There have been allegations that the police in Juarez, Mexico, have been paid by drug traffickers. There has been some attempt to reform the Mexican police, with longer training periods, and checks on applicants for criminal records, but there is a need for further progress.
