Redfellas: organized crime
Article Abstract:
A new wave of organized crime in Florida is allegedly being perpetrated by Russian immigrants. An investigation by the Drug Enforcement Agency shows that cocaine has been shipped from Ecuador to Florida via St. Petersburg, Russia. The FBI is also investigating illegal gambling, arm sales and prostitution.

Crime and punishment
Article Abstract:
Prisons are costly, can result in more skilled criminals, and fail to deter. Other, cheaper methods such as legalization of drugs, and confiscation of property, should be used. A few criminals do need to be imprisoned for the protection of society, but the number of prisoners must be decreased.
