EU Court says it can't rule on Glaxo's quota request

The Court of Justice of the European Communities has decided not to rule against GlaxoSmithKline PLC's request to supply third-party pharmaceutical distributors with quotas on patented medicine. The lack of an anti-trust ruling may mean the pharmaceutical industry has to wait for years for legal precedent.

France gets more time to comply on budget
