OMV's bid fails to sway MOL: tie-up offer comes as pressure grows to fend off Russia

Hungarian petroleum company MOL Rt has declined an unsolicited takeover bid from Austria's OMV AG, stating that OMV has significantly undervalued MOL. OMV, which already owns a 20% stake in MOL, had offered $18.31 bil.
